System Managing Student’s Documents (SMSD) is an information system that manages student-related information, including: Personal information: name, date of birth, gender, nationality, permanent residence, etc. • Academic information: entrance exam scores, academic results, transcripts, etc. • Activity information: participation in clubs, teams, and groups, etc. • Other information: contact information, health information, etc. The purpose of an SMSD is to standardize the student records management process, making it more efficient and accurate. The system also provides student information quickly and conveniently to relevant parties, such as students, lecturers, and school administrators, etc. An SMSD typically includes the following main functions: • Data entry: allows the entry of student information into the system. • Data update: allows the update of student information already in the system. • Data search: allows the search of student information according to different criteria. • Data statistics: allows the statistical analysis of student information.
