Abstract

When starting on the journey of university life, particularly for students attending universities far from home, finding accommodation to kickstart their student life is always a challenging experience that everyone must go through when away from home. Recognizing these challenges and being a student myself, I want to assist fellow students in finding a friendly environment for housing, rental accommodations in the most amicable way possible. Additionally, I aim to create an application that facilitates landlords and property owners in posting rental listings, fostering a seamless connection between landlords and tenants, making it easy for students and individuals to find housing or rental accommodations. I aspire that by creating an application connecting landlords with students or those seeking rental housing, it can alleviate the concerns of students or individuals working far from home in finding a place to reside during their study or work period away from home.
