Abstract

Developing a volunteer search system for Vietnam is a system that includes features and user-friendly interfaces designed for users. The system is categorized into four user types: guest, organizers, volunteers, and administrators. Guest can see details about ongoing campaigns and search for specific campaigns on the system. Organizers use the system for efficient management of volunteer activities. Moreover, admin can easily manage campaign and organizer account to ensure the quality of each campaign. The results of the “Developing a volunteer search system for Vietnam” provide a complete set of important features that improve user experience and encourage the community participation.
