Tóm tắt: | Society is constantly evolving, and this corresponds to an increasing pressure in daily life. This poses a significant challenge to the growing demand for entertainment, including the popular activity of going to the cinema. However, in reality, going to the movies often comes with various difficulties such as long waits to purchase tickets or receiving notifications of soldout shows when it's time to buy. Both cinemas and ticket management companies face challenges in organizing ticket sales, and the issues of overcrowding and ticket snatching only heighten the frustration for both the public and businesses. Understanding these challenges well, I have decided to focus on researching and developing a movie ticket booking application integrated with a chat bot, named "CineMagic." This system is built based on market research and observations of cinema operations. CineMagic not only facilitates users in booking tickets conveniently and quickly but also integrates a chat bot to provide detailed information about showtime, movie reviews, and promotional offers. The chat bot also assists users in addressing queries and provides post-purchase support. The system is also flexible in payment methods, allowing users to pay online through Visa/Master Card or in cash upon arrival at the cinema. Furthermore, CineMagic offers features for managing user accounts, viewing booking history, and receiving movie reviews from users. Built for the Android platform, the application utilizes the React-Native framework and seamlessly integrates with the MongoDB database management system. This approach enhances the user experience and maintains the system's stability. |
