During the volunteering activities, the Tuong Lai Xanh Club observed that many freshmen expressed a wish to become new volunteers but faced difficulties due to their unfamiliarity with the club's activities. The main reason is the need for more comprehensive guidance regarding the club's objectives. At times, individuals also hesitate to make direct contact, and feedback is only sometimes provided promptly. The use of chatbots in consulting information about an organization has been widely applied on websites as well as on social networking platforms. Thanks to this, users can get the response instantly. Therefore, building a website application with a chatbot will make the application much more practical. The application consists of two interfaces: an administration interface and a universal user interface. The chatbot model is trained based on the Rasa framework. The training dataset for the chatbot consists of 1104 conversation examples covering two main topics: social communication and topics related to the Tuong Lai Xanh Club.vi_VN
