Abstract: Today, with the strong development of information technology and its applications in life, Besides, electronic devices are no longer a strangemeans for everyone but have gradually become a common and useful tool for our work and entertainment. With the trend of globalization in the world economy, all aspects of social life are increasingly improving, especially the need for humanexchange of goods, which is increasing in both quantity and quality. Currently, the world's leading information technology and software companies are constantly investing and improving solutions and products toenable commercialization on the Internet. Through these products andtechnologies, we easily realize the importance and necessity of e-commerce. With simple operations on a device connected to the Internet, you will havewhat you need with out having to spend much time. You just need to visit e- commerce service pages, choose the products you want, and make paymentsto get what you need without having to go in person to buy. To access and contribute to promoting the popular development of e- commerce in Vietnam, we conducted research and built "Building a MobilePhone Online Store.". The system is built with two main features: mobile device orderingand sales process management. Payment is more optimized when makingonline payments using Visa or MasterCard. The system is built using NextJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, and the MongoDB database management system.
