DEVELOPING A PHARMACY MANAGEMENT WEBSITE WITH A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR PATIENT CONSULTATION

Abstract

Following the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for online shopping through e-commerce platforms has been steadily increasing. These websites offer a plethora of products, spanning various domains such as economics, science, lifestyle, health, and household items, meticulously catering to the criteria of convenience and time-saving. This graduation thesis focuses on the analysis, design, and implementation of a distinctive pharmacy management website, integrated with an intelligent chatbot to provide advice regarding medicinal products for patients. To fulfill these requirements, the website employs two primary technologies: the Laravel Framework for the back-end, ReactJS for the front-end. In summary, this thesis successfully achieves the objective of building and deploying a pharmacy management website system in conjunction with an intelligent chatbot. The combination of Laravel Framework, ReactJS. This contributes to enhancing pharmacy management and improving the patient’s experience in seeking information and selecting medications.
