Evaluate the influencing factors on the decision to deposit savings by individual customers in the field of Science and Technology at Vietinbank – Sa Dec Branch. Based on this assessment, the thesis proposes solutions to further enhance the quality of savings deposits, aiming to retain existing customers and attract potential customers.
