Abstract: Acculturation is a process of psychological and cultural change in a community, a group of people, or an individual, in which the individual adopts, acquires and adjusts to a new cultural environment. In the contact, negotiations and dialogues between representatives of different countries, communication behaviors are very important. Mutual understanding to overcome psychological barriers may contribute to, and even determine, success in negotiations.
