| Abstract: | The international System of Copyright and related rights has a long history from the first decade of the 18th century, originating from the Anna Act of the United Kingdom and the Trench bourgeois revolution of 1789, then shifted to other developed countries to enact their national laws. The process of formation and development of this System is a step of human civilization and is about encouraging creativity and protecting the fruits of Creative labor. |
