dc.description.abstractNghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đánh giá hàm lượng axít oleanolic và đa dạng di truyền của 8 mẫu giống đinh lăng lá nhỏ được thu thập từ nhiều vùng khác nhau ở Việt Nam. Hàm lượng axít oleanolic trong lá được xác định bằng kỹ thuật HPLC. Đồng thời, tính đa dạng nguồn gen của 8 mẫu giống đinh lăng lá nhỏ được thực hiện thông qua kỹ thuật ISSR-PCR.
