Abstract: Applying microservices architecture into IoT application is a considering methods for dealing with the enormous increasing amount of IoT devices. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is researching about microservices architecture and applying it in an IoT and medical theme project for gaining deeper understanding. With that aim, a health monitoring system using MiBand smart watch device to collect the data supporting was developed. The authors successfully develop a system that satisfies the basic requirement of designing, implementing, deploying based on microservices architecture. This research result can be a basement for further researches to develop similar healthmonitoring-purpose theme projects, or a basement for more advance patterns and technologies studying
