| Abstract: | From the ethanol extracts of the aerial parts of Gynostemma burmanicum King ex Chakrav. grown in Vietnam, two dammaran saponins were isolated. The isolated dammaran saponins were identified as Ginsenosid F₂ (GPWB6.5) and 20(s) Ginsenosid Rg₃ (GPWB6.6) by ESI- MS, ¹H- NMR, ¹³C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC in reference to the literature. These compounds were isolated from the Gynostemma burmanicum King ex Chakrav. of Vietnam for the first time. |
