Abstract

Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry orients and builds up a model for students with good political and ethical qualities, ideal, professional and professional manner, becoming a global citizen.In addition to building a career and career education system, soft skills training for students is very important in the current period. However, this work still faces many difficulties and challenges. The article presents results of the demand of soft skills training for students in Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry.
