dc.description.abstractThis article aims to investigate English progiciency of students at Vinh University. 212 non - English majored students took part in an English proficiency test. The finding show that only 22% students attained the A2 level. It was also found that the learning time did not affect the test result anf female students had higher scores than male students.vi_VN
