Abstract: Experientinal learning has been studied by theoretical and pracical scientists to demonstrate the ability to develop competencies and learner qualities if performed effectively. Teacher competence is one of the important factors that affect quality and effectiveness of education. Determining the inclusion of the teaching experience and its role in the educational innivation will help to orient the training and fostering more effectively. The article deals with three aspects: the capacity of experiential teachiing; Theoretical and practical foundation require the improverment of the teaching experience for teacher; Improving the teachng experience for teacher is done through different approaches.
