Abstract: Emotional intelligence is a type of intelligence that demonstrates the subject's capability to deal with emotional issues that reflect the mood or emotions of individuals in all general activities and activities. occupation in particular. From this emotional intelligence model, we applied the identification of 4 groups of competencies in the professional activities of preschool teachers.
