Abstract: Emotional intelligence is a type of intelligence that demonstrates the subject's capability to deal with emotional issues that reflect the mood or emotions of individuals in all general activities and activities. occupation in particular. Emotional intelligence consists of four emotional energies, namely: Identifying emotions of oneself and others; Using emotions to support, promote thinking, allowing people to regulate their emotions in different cognitive processes; Understand emotions and rules of emotion; Managing / adjusting emotions. From this emotional intelligence model, we applied the identification of 4 groups of competencies in the professional activities of preschool teachers.
