| Abstract: | Bệnh tay chân miệng là bệnh cấp tính do nhóm Enterovirus gây ra như Coxsackievirus, Echovirus, Enterovirus 71, trong đó Enterovirus 71 thường gây ra biến chứng nặng. Tại Việt Nam, mùa dịch tay chân miệng thường xảy ra từ tháng 3 – 5 và tháng 9 – 12. Đối tượng dễ mắc tay chân miệng là trẻ dưới 5 tuổi, đặc biệt trẻ dưới 3 tuổi dễ có biến chứng. |
