Thế nhưng, gần đây (tháng 5/2019), bên mua bảo hiểm đã kiện doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm, Hội đồng Trọng tài đã ra phán quyết về thời hạn bảo hiểm còn hay hết trong một vụ tranh chấp có trị giá tổn thất hơn 4,5 tỷ đồng. |
