Abstract: Năm 2017, lần đầu tiên sau nhiều năm, ngành ngân hàng (NH) đã có nhiều chính sách mang tính đột phá. Cụ thể là nghị quyết 42 của quốc hội mở đường cho dọn dẹp nợ xấu, dự trữ ngoại hối đạt kỷ lục, ngân hàng ồ ạt lên sàn chứng khoán. Đặc biệt là luật các tổ chức tín dụng (TCTD) sửa đổi có hiệu lực thi hành vào năm 2018.
