PPP law: Should ensure the equality between contracting parties

Abstract

PPP law has been approved by the National Assembly and put into effect from l5,Jan 2021. This time, the relevant ministries and industries are preparing Decrees that guide the law implementation. According to experts, to make PPP projects to attract more private investors, the respect of the contract agreements and ensuring the equality between the Government and investors should be mentioned clearly in articles of the implementing Decrees.
