Abstract: This study aims at assessing the effect of human resource management practices on satisfaction and organizational commitment through awareness of employees working in Seafood processing enter-prises in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. The survey sample includes 289 employees and employers. The method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is applied to analyze the relationship among concepts. Research findings show that human resource management practices have a direct positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on organi-zational commitment.
