Abstract: Oscillatory! equation of a tank gun barrel when firing on the move forward of the tank was identified in this paper. The vibration of the gun barrel caused by moments and forces acting as the moment of friction on the cradle trunnion, the force due to powder gas pressure, the force distributed along the length of the barrel due to the vertical vibrations of the sprung tank body part. On the other hand they were compensated by the stabilizing moment and recoils force. The problem also took into account the elasticity’ of the barrel material in order to precisely determine the initial angle of bullet when the tank cannon fired on the move, since then we have solutions improving the firing accuracy for the cannon.
