dc.description.abstractCooperation between the public sector and the private sector could be a solution that can support STI. This paper mentions a case of Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (SEMATECH), which began the cooperation between the public sector and the private sector in STI development in America. By summarizing some factors of this case, the article proves how Public-private cooperation can begin in STI, especially STI in developing countries such as Vietnam, and draw some lessons.vi_VN
