| Abstract: | USDA dự báo thương mại gạo toàn cầu năm 2020 sẽ giảm do những chính sách hạn chế xuất khẩu của một số nước lúc dịch Covid-19 mới bùng phát; và cũng do nguồn cung của Thái Lan ít đi. Nguồn cung gạo xuất khẩu hạn hẹp và giá gạo cao là lý do khiến USDA diều chinh mức giá thương mại gạo toàn cầu trong năm nay. Xuất khẩu của Thái Lan dự báo sẽ giảm mạnh nhất. |
