| Abstract: | This studv explorcs and examines the factors that affect the composition of the quality relationship between manufacturers and distributors in the context of the plastic industry in Vietnam. Qualitative research worked on single and group discussions with 23 manufacturers and distributors in the plastics industry. Quantitative research directly interviewed 560 plastic product distributors in Ho Chi Minh City area and Southern provinces. |
