Abstract: In order to diminish the negative impacts of the dumping of industrial wastes and emission of CO₂ during the production of cement to the environment, ternary bend of fly ash (FA), slag, and rice husk ash (RHA) were used to produce high-strength hydraulic mortar (HSHM) in this study. In which, RHA was used to replace 0, 10, 20, and 30% by weight of cement in the HSHM mixtures. The HSHM samples were prepared in the laboratory for the tests of compressive strength, bending strength, water absorption, porosity, drying shrinkage, and resistance to sulfate attack. The obtained results show that all of the HSHM samples produced for this study exhibited an excellent strength aspect with compressive strength of above 55 MPa and bending strength of above 8.5 MPa.
