Abstract: Three flavonoids were isolated from the ethylacetate extracts of the leaves of Mungtingia calabura L.. They were structurally and identified as kaempferol (1), tiliroside (2) and kaempferol 3-0-(6”-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) by ESI-mass, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, DEPT, HSQC and HMBC. Kaempferol 3-O-(6”-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) was isolated from Mungtingia calabura L. for the first time.
