Abstract: Enhancing the quality of teachers and education administrators is an important and frequent task. Determining the importance of this, the article contributes to assessment of the current status of senior management in Vinh Long province in terns of scale; quality; age structure. sex and ethnicity, level of education; From there, there are some solutions to develop the management staff in the province to improve the quality of management staff, to meet the requirements of renewing the new general education curriculum.
