Abstract: Innovation in the content, from and basic criteria of evaluating the professional competence of the students of literary teaching in neccessary. Of all forms, experiential activities proved their effectiveness. The article aim to clarify the definition of professional coompetence, forms of experiential activity and scales for evaluating the teaching skills and the ability to handle situation. Dcaling with the challening situations in literature teaching, creative acitvities though interactive stages, self-reseach with Intel Isef will be essential activities for future teacher to build up the key professional skills.
