| Abstract: | According to reports evaluating impacts from the COVID-19 outbreak to socioeconomic developments of Vietnam by the Ministry of Planning and Investments at a Government’s regular meeting on February 12th, 2020, Vietnam’s GDP is likely to reduce to under 6% due to impacts from COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, it is necessary to build an independent economy which is capable to resist changes from outside. |
