Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to test the scientific quality of the Teacher’s readiness to educational reform scale developsd by the resarch team. Based on the theoretical mondel of Rafferty et al, (2013), the research team developed this scale to assess teachers’ readiness for educational reform on two dimensions: cognitive readiness schoonls in the North, the Central and the South participated in answering the questionnaire. |
